Filling in 2 hours of CIUT, we had brand new tunes, review new albums by Johnny Marr, Tricky and Gurriers, review the live show by Gorillaz with excellent support from Deltron 3030 and Little Simz, and we catch up with Jeremy Gaudet of Kiwi jr. ahead of their hometown show at Longboat Hall in Toronto last week, to talk about their newly released album Blowin' Up. We also had some live music from Second Summer Festival! Music this week by:
Tricky, Blondshell, The Indiana Drones, Bibi Club, Gurriers, Elisapie, Black Paint, Thunder Queens, Peach Luffe, Gwenifer Raymond, Lavender Town, PISS, Gadfly, Kiwi jr., Angelique Dancel, Obongjayar, Little Simz, Concrete Vehicles, Naked By 9.
Cover: Little Simz @ History Toronto, October 2025.
