I may be thinking about hotel pillows, squirrels and why I have so many Tupperware lids, but can you see the link between them all and what I end up talking about? </p><p><br></p><p>This week, we&#39;re going back to New Year&#39;s Eve 2024, when some slightly dodgy blood test results led to an ultrasound, an unexpected discovery in my liver and the beginning of a story I had absolutely no idea I was starting. </p><p><br></p><p>At this point, nobody had said cancer. I didn&#39;t have a diagnosis. I didn&#39;t even technically have a tumour yet. I had a lesion, a doctor who didn&#39;t seem particularly worried, and quite a lot of previous experience with gallstones. </p><p><br></p><p>Here is PippaD telling you what happened to her.
