David Wright, senior product manager in the global asset owner and management product delivery team at HSBC, is also a Tweed Valley Mountain Rescue team leader. Having spent 15 years as a volunteer, Wright shares some of the rescues he’s participated in, the life lessons he’s picked up from a decade and a half in the team and the importance of teamwork and communication.
