As former Partner at Lipton Rogers Developments, and Development Director at Chelsfield, Yair has been responsible for delivering £5bn+ of mixed-use projects, from initial concept through planning, to construction and disposal. He is a mentor at the ULI and Pi-Labs, and lecturer at Oxford and Cambridge universities.
