Andrew shares his vision for Inside-Out Education, an approach that builds learning around each child’s unique Genius Zone and Path of Purpose, rather than expecting every student to fit the same curriculum. Through personalized, project-based learning and intentional skill building, Coherence Education aims to help young people grow into healthy, happy, thriving creators who are ready for an AI-driven world.
They also discuss Andrew’s vision of the “unencumbered child,” the role of parents in supporting children’s growth, and how education can nurture curiosity, creativity, relationships, and a sense of purpose.
Andrew triple-majored in Computer Science, Math, and Accounting while playing varsity basketball and tennis. He later earned an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and built a career in technology, with leadership roles at Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Netscape, and several startups.
Today, Andrew is scaling Coherence Education’s accredited full-time program toward a licensing model, with the goal of reaching more than two million children by 2030. He is looking for teachers, partners, and funders who share his commitment to transforming education.
