Here, we share a presentation by Hildegard Greinix, Vienna, AT, describing her approach to treating GvHD with ECP. </p><p><br></p><p>Greinix presents two patient case studies illustrating the use of ECP for the management of both acute and chronic GvHD. In both cases, she notes that ECP could be considered a second‑line or later treatment option, either as monotherapy or in combination with other agents, due to its immunomodulatory mechanism of action and favorable safety profile.
