It sits in the middle of a hop field on Loftus Ranches, the family farm in the heart of the Yakima Valley, where the Smiths first planted hops back in 1932. Today, Kevin's dad, Mike and brother Patrick run the farm, while Kevin, his sister Meghann, and brother-in-law (also Kevin) run the brewery.</p><p><br></p><p>It's a true family affair. Raised on a hop farm, Kevin left to cut his teeth brewing in Seattle before coming home to build something pretty special: a brewery surrounded on all sides by the very hops that go into the beer.</p><p><br></p><p>Enjoy.</p>","author_name":"Track Brewing Co "}
