This week our host Sinead O'Moore is joined by Ailbhe Garrihy to talk about her pandemic pregnancy, induction, birth and lockdown life as a new mum during this crazy year.


Although without her husband Ruaidhrí for the beginning of her induction, Ailbhe never felt alone thanks to the incredible midwives at the Rotunda Hospital - she was able to get into her zone, control the controllable's and while in the moment felt hugely empowered knowing that she was the only women who could birth her baby.
