Today's guest is the extremely talented Ruth Buscombe, Head of Race Strategy at Alfa Romeo Racing Orlen F1 Team and Dare To Be Different Ambassador, now known as Girls On Track and part of the FIA.
She has held Strategy roles with Haas F1 Team and Scuderia Ferrari, and graduated from the prestigious University of Cambridge with a first class degree in Aerospace and Aerothermal Engineering. Ruth is someone I admire greatly; she is clever, determined and extremely passionate. The fact that she has achieved so much already in her career makes me incredibly excited for her future.
