Since graduating from The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art in 2019, Dublin born and raised Patrick Martins has enjoyed playing the role of \"Borachio\" in Rough Magic's production of \"Much Ado About Nothing\", which was apart of the Kilkenny Arts Festival 2019 programme.
After that, he was subsequently cast as the lead in the National Theatre of Scotland's \"Enough of Him\" written by May Sumbwanyambe, which, devastatingly has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
While at The Lir, he played roles such as \"Richard III\" in Richard III, \"Dr Relig\" in Ibsen's \"The Wild Duck\" and various roles in an adaptation of James Joyce's \"Dubliners\".
