How can we know with any certainty what we are doing to the planet – and why are there still some things that we do not know for sure? What role do the oceans play? Why a hotter planet is more conducive to natural disasters? What are the differences between a world that experiences a 2°C temperature increase as opposed to a 5°C temperature increase?</p><p><br></p><p>As always, we'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback at <a href=\"mailto:james.shaw@parliament.govt.nz\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">james.shaw@parliament.govt.nz</a>.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Follow James on&nbsp;<a href=\"https://twitter.com/jamespeshaw\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Twitter</a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.facebook.com/JamesShawMP\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Facebook</a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.instagram.com/jamesshawmp/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram</a>.</p>","author_name":"James Shaw"}
