Make your show notes useful - write as much as you can (This bit you're reading now is your show notes, btw.). Preferably about 300 words per episode, which seems like quite a lot, but you can always have a good chunk of that be your boilerplate, that is to say, the same on every episode, just copy & pasted form a word doc.
