Using any amount of commercial music isn't worth the risk to your podcast as a whole. Not even a little tiny snippet. Instead, use PodSafe music (music that's Safe for Podcasts).
Or pay a musician to create something bespoke. Either way, don't try to get away with using a Kylie song as your opening music.
