Inclusion (4:56)
Allies - Include us, but not out of pity.
Black Community - Be open to being included.
Publications: It is ok to want to be seen in every media outlet. (9:24)
Allies - Don't feel like you've done your due diligence by have only one feature of color—have variants.
Black Community - Give black publications the same respect you would give a white publication.
Advertising (13:33)
Allies - Don't just take the dollars, cultivate our community through publication, education, etc.
Black Community - If you're not investing in your own community, how can we get into every household?
