Ciar Byrne talks to Nicky Cox MBE, editor-in-chief of First News, about her long standing commitment to providing children with a trustworthy source of news and to giving them a platform to discuss issues that are important to them, like climate-change. Children make up, she says, 27% of the world's people but 100% of the future, yet often struggle to be heard. Nicky talks about the 2006 launch of First News and how the title has evolved and grown since then into a multi-platform offering and teaching resource for schools.
