Fenton Whelan OA (1990-2000), Founder and CEO of Acasus, joins us today to talk about his work with governments around the world to drive rapid improvements in education and health care systems.
Fenton studied Arabic at the University of Oxford and then worked for McKinsey's public sector practice supporting governments around the world on transformational reforms. He then formed Acasus in 2013. Currently he is supporting governments in Asia, Africa and South America.
Fenton is the author of a number of books and articles, including Lessons Learned: How good policies produce better schools and The Learning Challenge. and has lived in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, Cyprus, Bahrain and the United Kingdom.
