Jenny lives in the Nambucca Valley on the Mid North Coast of NSW. In November 2019, bushfires engulfed the area threatening many homes and businesses and devastating the local wildlife. \"As far as we knew it was all under control and then on the 9th of November it just flared up and just took off. Emergency warnings came through and I looked out to the north and couldn't see anything and then I looked out the South and thought oh my god, it was like a volcanic eruption\".
