Here, architecture relies on the demanding choice of&nbsp;<strong>solid local stone</strong>, implemented with&nbsp;<strong>Eiffage</strong>, engineering firm&nbsp;<strong>Bollinger-Grohmann (BET)</strong>, and quarry operator&nbsp;<strong>PROROCH</strong>. This envelope of cyclopean blocks, carefully set with minimal concrete for seismic safety, provides thermal inertia, reflected light, and long-term durability, while recalling Marseille’s Calanques.
