This series, as requested by you, our listeners, will be focused on emotional resilience, how to build and maintain it, and why it’s so important for those working in the criminal justice, social care and charity sector.

Without emotional resilience frontline professionals are at risk from suffering from burnout, vicarious trauma and significant mental health issues - we’ll be sitting down with guests, in different job roles, to hear real stories of both avoiding burnout and rebuilding after it. Our aim is to share positive thoughts and ideas that will inspire, protect and motivate frontline professionals.

When the pandemic struck in March 2020 and schools were forced to close, this Assistant Principal, along with many others in her position across the UK, was inundated with constant fires in which she needed to put out.
