Chloë saw the amount of juice pulp going to waste while she was working at a street food market and was inspired. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">nibs etc. is about making&nbsp;</span><em class=\"ql-font-serif\">delicious</em><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">, and&nbsp;</span><em class=\"ql-font-serif\">nourishing</em><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">&nbsp;sustainable snacks out of ingredients that would normally be thrown away, to&nbsp;</span><em class=\"ql-font-serif\">fight food waste</em><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">, and enable customers to&nbsp;</span><em class=\"ql-font-serif\">reduce their carbon footprint</em><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">&nbsp;in so doing.</span></p><p><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">Their first product is a delicious, high fibre, not too sweet, easily snack-able granola, made with fruit and vegetable juice pulp.&nbsp;They work with juice bars around London to collect their 'waste' pulp, which is packed with flavour and fibre, and upcycle it into sustainable snacks.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span class=\"ql-font-serif\">We're chatting about how to think differently about your food waste, the challenges of starting a food business and how Nibs Etc has been affected by the pandemic. </span></p><p><br></p><p>I hope you enjoy the episode.
