I was introduced to Ben a few years ago when he amazed me with his passion and commitment for fitness by waking up at the crack of dawn teaching 2-3 cycle classes every morning then going to a full time job in finance. Ben is now one of the UK Peloton Cycle instructors and has amalgamated a large fan base who ride with him daily and adoringly.</p><p><br></p><p>In this podcast we chat all things fitness, sleep, marathon training (where Ben and my plans differed extremely), the importance of balance and more!
