While the Ukraine war has rocked his family life – his wife is the Ukrainian food writer and Cook for Ukraine champion, <a href=\"https://oliahercules.com\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Olia Hercules</a>, their three year old son, Wilf was diagnosed with a mild form of autism, and vegetables have actually landed properly on the British plate.
