Her podcast for Leon H<a href=\"https://leon.co/presents/series/how-to-eat/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">ow to Eat to Save the Planet </a>and her work for<a href=\"https://philiplymbery.com/podcasts/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> Compassion in World Farming</a>, the<a href=\"https://foodfoundation.org.uk/podcasts\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> Food Foundation</a> and Cooking the Books itself itself are all rooted in the interdependence between where food, health, soil and planet.</p><p><br></p><p>Expect then, a good old rant about where we are in the race to save the planet, our junk food culture and an unconscious sleepwalk towards doom!
