Since then, he's become the<a href=\"https://www.standard.co.uk/reveller/foodanddrink/riaz-phillips-on-documenting-the-caribbean-food-scene-in-the-uk-a3659906.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> cultural commentator</a> on the role of Jamaican food in modern British culture while thinking deeply about his own place within it.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>","author_name":"Gilly Smith"}
