Oscar has a wealth of experience, having been the marketing director for both Vodafone and Microsoft, holding the corporate world in the palm of his hand. His success is rooted not in a sociopathic level of charisma but in being a good listener. From this, he knows that deep and purposeful listening can bring about massive change not only in the workforce but also in the world.
Oscar currently travels the world teaching this skill to organizations such as Google, HSBC, PayPal, and Cisco. The emphasis is not only on listening to what is being said but also on breaking through the noise to hear what remains unsaid.
With a goal to create 100 million deep listeners, Oscar sets high expectations. As a high-performing business owner, he also hosts an Apple Award-winning podcast, which he uses to educate people on bettering their lives through listening.
