This episodes amazing guest Celebrity hairdresser ? confidence creator, Louis Byrne.
Louis is one of the most wonderful, kind, resilient, creative, driven people I have ever met. Our chat is honest open and raw and I thoroughly recommend giving it listen.
Louis is the Founder of I Can, I Am, I Will CIC — a creative wellbeing organisation built on one belief : Reflection is Revolutionary.
For nearly 30 years, he has worked at the highest level of the hair and creative industries — but what he saw behind the scenes was clear:
people are struggling, disconnected, and carrying more than they’re given space to process.
He design accessible, low-cost programmes that use creativity, reflection, and community to improve mental health, confidence, and life outcomes — particularly for young people and underrepresented groups.
