Any tips?</li><li>I’m thinking of getting some dumbbells so I can work out at home, any suggestions for what weight I should start with?</li><li>Are you still getting up early?</li><li>I really respect your journey with coming to terms with food issues etc but I am disappointed you advocate for calories.
