{"version":"1.0","type":"rich","provider_name":"Acast","provider_url":"https://acast.com","height":250,"width":700,"html":"<iframe src=\"https://embed.acast.com/$/5ddc9fe99d861b70468f0d1a/5ddca02e56dc9f1f1a499d26?\" frameBorder=\"0\" width=\"700\" height=\"250\"></iframe>","title":"HFHQ 195: They’re on track to do 1,000+ deals this year…","description":"<hr>\n<h4>Listen to This Episode</h4>\n<p></p>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Episode 195: Show Notes</strong></h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My son has been surfing on and off for 4 years.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But he’s never taken it very seriously…</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230;until now.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surf club started at school, and now he’s REALLY into it.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He already understood the basics&#8230;</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But now he wants to learn as much about surfing as he can.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So we got him a surf coach.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And these next few months are going to be the most important months for his training.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here’s why…</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If he sticks with it and follows the coach’s instructions, he’s going to start getting EXPONENTIALLY better and better.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(It’s already starting to happen.)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is how it works in ANY venture…</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You get the basics in place…</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230;and then you hit the “ramp.”</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The ramp is where everything starts to compound… where you’re able to act on what you’ve learned and REALLY apply the new things you’re learning.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And you start to see massive results very quickly.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But most people don’t make it to the ramp.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They get to where the ramp SHOULD be…</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230;but then they stop.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They hold back.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For my son, the ramp was the surf coach&#8230;</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Getting him a spot with that coach was like putting lighter fluid on a smoldering fire.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suddenly he’s making HUGE progress (fast).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same is true when it comes to flipping houses.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yet I see people holding back, afraid to add that fuel to the fire.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And that’s what I want to talk about on today’s episode of the House Flipping HQ podcast&#8230;</span></p>\n<h2><strong>Links and Resources</strong></h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last week, we held a free <a href=\"https://hf.houseflippinghq.com/ep1-replay1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">live call</a> with 11 of the top house flippers and wholesalers in the country.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And they each shared their #1 secret for success.
