Justin Williams here… it's been a while!</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">I hope you had a&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">great Christmas</b>&nbsp;and a happy New Year.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Let's talk about the elephant in the room.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The elephant's name is&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">2019</b>.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Yep&#8230; it's a new year.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">That means 12 new months of possibilities and potential.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">What are you going to&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">do with it</b>?</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">What are you going to&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">do differently</b>?</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">A lot of people start each new year strong, determined to take massive action and reach their goals, but after a few weeks or a month or two they&nbsp;<span class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\"><b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">stumble</b>&nbsp;and lose their way, and then&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\"><i class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">BAM</i></b>&#8230; they snap right back to how they were before.</span></p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">And they stay stuck, year after year.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">There's&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">1 simple reason</b>&nbsp;why&#8230;</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The reason is, they haven't had the&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">epiphany</b>.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">These people are trying to change their actions and muster up more willpower and create new habits out of thin air&#8230;</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">&#8230;and they fail because nothing has changed&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">INSIDE THEM</b>.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">They haven't had the epiphany.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The epiphany is where real change starts.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">And looking back on my life, I've realized that every period of new growth and increased success started with an&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">epiphany</b>&#8230; a&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">massive shift</b>&nbsp;in my thinking.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">I'm not saying this to brag.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">(It's actually the opposite&#8230; I kind of cringe now realizing the&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">false beliefs</b>&nbsp;I was holding on to for so long, which I'm about to share with you&#8230;)</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">The&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">epiphanies you have</b>&nbsp;will determine your&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">success</b>&nbsp;this year.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">And this is what I'm digging into on today's episode of the podcast.</p>\n<p>Let's <strong>kick 2019 off</strong> right!</p>\n<h2>Links and Resources</h2>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">Earlier today, I announced a special&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">live call</b>&nbsp;that Bill Allen and I are holding this Thursday at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">On this call, we're going to share the details for a&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">2-day live event</b>&nbsp;that Bill is hosting in Nashville, where he's going to break down&nbsp;how he built and runs his 200-deals-per-year wholesaling + flipping machine.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">This is an in-depth, in-person, behind-the-scenes event&#8230;</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">And it was originally going to be just for our 6 Figure Flipping members.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">But we have spots for&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">10 more people</b>&nbsp;to come.</p>\n<p class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">If you're a&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">serious</b>&nbsp;house flipper or wholesaler and you want to be there, jump on the&nbsp;<a class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\" href=\"https://bf169.infusionsoft.com/app/email/broadcast/~Link-85264~\">call on Thursday (click here for details)</a>&nbsp;and we'll talk and make sure it's a good fit and then&nbsp;<b class=\"bard-text-block style-scope\">lock in your spot</b>.</p>\n<h2><strong>Like what you hear?
