I just got back from a trip to South Africa with the 8 Figure Flipping group.

\n\n\n\n

It was incredible…

\n\n\n\n

I spent the week hanging out with millionaire real estate investors…

\n\n\n\n

Going on safari, seeing a ton of amazing wildlife…

\n\n\n\n

While also digging deep and working on our businesses.

\n\n\n\n

It was awesome.

\n\n\n\n

But while we were there, something happened.

\n\n\n\n

And I want to share this with you…

\n\n\n\n

…because it’s literally the answer to all of the “obstacles” I listed above.

\n\n\n\n

First, some backstory…

\n\n\n\n

I had invited a couple guys from our 7 Figure Flipping group who live and work in South Africa to hang out with us at this meeting.

\n\n\n\n

These guys have been in the flipping business for a while and they’ve done well.

\n\n\n\n

Recently, they started trying to break into wholesaling, which isn’t common in South Africa yet.  (They’re pretty much the only people doing it.)

\n\n\n\n

But they’ve been struggling.

\n\n\n\n

Last year, they had to cancel 16 contracts on deals that didn’t work out.

\n\n\n\n

And all of this has them wondering, “Can wholesaling really work here?”

\n\n\n\n

So we held an informal “hot seat” session.

\n\n\n\n

And the 8 Figure Flipping group did what they do best…

\n\n\n\n

They dug in and broke down each part of these guys’ business.

\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Everything.

\n\n\n\n

They dug down till they got to the real issues.

\n\n\n\n

It was methodical.  It was direct. It was even a little intense, at times.

\n\n\n\n

(Like when you’re out on safari in an open Jeep and you look over and see a massive lion staring you in the face.)

\n\n\n\n

But it was powerful.

\n\n\n\n

And I want you to hear what they said…

\n\n\n\n

I tried to record as much of the conversation as I could.

\n\n\n\n

The audio isn’t great, since this was shot on a couple cell phones.  It jumps around a bit.

But the insights and ideas shared here could be the difference between you “giving up” on your real estate investing goals or doubling down and pushing past the obstacles you’re facing.
