This is the hardest thing I’ve ever written…
\n\n\n\n…but it’s important.
\n\n\n\nSomething big just happened.
\n\n\n\nSomething exciting. Something I never saw coming.
\n\n\n\nAnd I’ve got tears in my eyes writing this…
\n\n\n\n…but it’s all good.
\n\n\n\nBecause it’s the right thing to do.
\n\n\n\nIt’s time.
\n\n\n\nAnd I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
\n\n\n\nBefore I get into this, though, I need to give you some context.
\n\n\n\nIf you’ve been following me for even just a little while, you’ve probably heard me talking about my good friend and business partner Bill Allen.
\n\n\n\nThis guy is amazing.
\n\n\n\nA few years ago, he was flipping 1 house per year.
\n\n\n\nHe was doing all the work himself.
\n\n\n\nAnd it was a drag. He knew he could do more.
\n\n\n\nHe joined 7 Figure Flipping, and that’s where I met him.
\n\n\n\nFast forward to today…
\n\n\n\nBill now leads a team of 12 people, flipping and wholesaling close to 200 houses per year across 3 separate markets, and they’re on track for $3,000,000 in profit in 2019.
\n\n\n\nHis business is completely systematized.
\n\n\n\nHe only works a few hours a week.
\n\n\n\nHe spends the rest of his time helping lead our mastermind groups, coaching and mentoring other investors, sharing his knowledge, and spending time with his family.
\n\n\n\nHe has a servant’s heart and gives more than just about anyone I’ve met.
\n\n\n\nA couple weeks ago, he and I were talking.
\n\n\n\n(Talking about our lives, our families, the future, where to go from here…)
\n\n\n\nAnd that talk led to something incredible.
\n\n\n\nTo make a long story short…
\n\n\n\nBill Allen is officially taking over as the owner and CEO of House Flipping HQ!
\n\n\n\nNo joke…
\n\n\n\nI’m passing the torch.
\n\n\n\nStarting now, Bill will be the one setting the vision and direction for everything we do here…
\n\n\n\nHe's going to be shaping the future of our mastermind groups…
\n\n\n\nHe’s going to be sharing his insights on the podcast…
\n\n\n\nHe’s going to be leading the HFHQ community into the future…
\n\n\n\n…and he has some big plans and awesome ideas in store.
\n\n\n\nI'm excited.
\n\n\n\nI’m also a little sad, because HFHQ is like family to me and it’s been amazing getting to help build and grow this community over the past 6 years.
\n\n\n\nBut it’s time.
\n\n\n\nTime to take things to the next level.
