\n\n\n\nI told him we could definitely get on a call…
\n\n\n\n…but it would be even better to do it as a podcast episode,\nso everyone can learn and benefit.
\n\n\n\nSo that’s what we’re doing!
\n\n\n\nIn today’s episode, I’m hanging out with Yhlas Kuliev and\ndigging into what he’s working on in his real estate investing business.
\n\n\n\nYhlas has been involved in real estate since 2013.
\n\n\n\nIt’s mainly been a “side gig” for him.
\n\n\n\nFor most of that time, he’s been doing about 1 or 2 flips\nper year, with each project taking about 6 months.
\n\n\n\nBut after coming to Flip Hacking LIVE, his perspective\nchanged…
\n\n\n\n…and today, he’s on the path to grow his hobby into a\nfully systematized business.
\n\n\n\nThat’s easier said than done, though.
\n\n\n\nAnd sometimes, we can get tempted to second guess our\nplans and chase after “shiny objects.”
