The late middle years brought some interesting challenges. Bison had grown from a small to a medium sized business. These types of transitions can be disruptive and they will test the resolve of any staff. We also found time to grow.
I talk about some of the challenges, and decisions made. It was an interesting era for Bison and many lessons were learned along the way.
