For over a decade Imran has been involved in multi-million pounds of property investments, having worked closely with the government both locally and at the national level from planning policy through to strategic housing allocations.
He has met Theresa May, David Cameron & Boris Johnson.
Imran’s broad experience includes completing projects across a full range of property types - from buy-to-lets to flips, freehold, leasehold, lease options, conversions, and houses of multiple occupation (HMO).
His successful refurbishment projects have ranged from minimal to complex conversions into a number of apartments.
In more recent years Imran and his business partners Mark & Nick continue to help investors with asset creation through Modus and are currently working on £8 million pounds of property developments.
His various life experiences have set a pathway for Imran to focus on his passion; helping & supporting others through coaching & online programs while they build investment portfolios.
To date, Imran had the pleasure of mentoring more than 150 international & UK professionals to grow their UK property portfolios.
