She recently concluded a five-year term as a Commissioner for the&nbsp;<strong>Equality and Human Rights Commission</strong>, where she championed initiatives to address systemic inequities.</p><p>Believing strongly in the power of giving back, Pavita mentors young people from ethnically diverse and socially disadvantaged backgrounds and actively engages with inner-city schools across the country through&nbsp;<strong>Speakers for Schools</strong>.
