That allowed him to give individual clients more time and attention, with extra programming and nutrition coaching.&nbsp;</p><p>In fact, he capped the total member base for his business to 85 (as opposed to 98 prior to the pandemic and a high of 120).&nbsp;</p><p>With a greater client experience/quality of service to offer, he was able to raise his rates.
