His business model had included a powerful experience of group training classes of 40 people or so, with lots of music and energy. He changed his business model to semi-private with 9 people in the gym at a time; he raised his rates 30%; he trained his staff on the sales process; and he increased value to clients.&nbsp;</p><p>Result: After a couple of months, things began to rapidly improve.
