On the marquee today: American Factory (2019).</p><p><br></p><p>This documentary follows the workers of a midwestern glass manufacturing facility under new Chinese ownership. The film contains themes of intercultural exchange, labour rights, and how operational decisions don’t always translate neatly into real life.</p><p><br></p><p>Joining us to discuss the film is Professor Rob Glew, an expert in Operations Management at Villanova University.
