Wise Men Visit the King-Matthew 2:1-12
This is the final episode of the Christmas mini-series \"Thursdays in December: Guardians of the Universe.\" If you have not listened to the first four episodes they are episode 263, 265, 267, and 269.
The birth of our Lord was announced in a supernatural manner not only to Jews by the angelic message to shepherds, but also to Gentiles. Zoroastrian Priests living in Persia possessed the Hebrew scriptures, could read the language, and understood the message. When the Bible prophecies they knew came to pass, they immediately went in to action. At the same time, Jesus came to his own, and they received Him not. This it the story of true WISE MEN and how they were the final phase of the Guardians of the Universe, safe guarding the birth and beginning of the life of the Christ child.
