We talked about the reasons why people find it hard to lose weight and to get in shape. He shared his unique perspective on tackling this from a different angle, reframing who we are. He kindly shared his top three tips for starting significant change and his viewpoint about carbohydrate consumption.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>After a violent episode in his childhood, Nate embarked on a body transformation journey seeking muscles to feel more powerful. Surprisingly for him, what he found at the end of that path was a different result, confidence, self-esteem, and general positivity.
