On today's podcast, we’re joined by Jocelynn Harward.
Jocelynn is the Owner of HarwardMedia, a Coach, Consultant, and Public Speaker. Jocelynn started off by teaching herself Adobe Photoshop and how to write code when she was 14 years of age to get a website running for her family's manufacturing business. At the young age of 20, she married the love of her life and they started an e-commerce website together - 3 years later unfortunately, they sunk the company.
She was bankrupt at age 24 and by the time she was 28, she had become a millionaire experiencing massive success as a wife, mother of two, and business owner. Then at age 29, she because a public speaker and was speaking every 6 weeks.
Jocelynn’s ultimate career goal is to create a community of entrepreneur families, like her own, in an effort to create a space of support, empowerment, and an open exchange of knowledge. In that, she aims to establish safety, transparency, authenticity, organization and inspire others to own their voice.
Jocelynn helps businesses and aspiring business owners to:
●\tsee how their business issues tend to boil down to a handful of human issues(referred to as systems), so when clients see the results of changing or discarding those systems, their real successes begin.
●\tbuild strong relationships and helping others to do the same, women in power, coaching female entrepreneurs, and creating a safe space for others to thrive.
Jocelynn has since run multiple international multi-million dollar companies. She has experienced massive failure and greater success which has given her a firm grasp on how to identify what is working and what is not working. She never backs down from a challenge or difficult situation. In fact, she anticipates and embraces them because that's where the most growth and experience come from. “Hate the pain, love the growth.”
