Our guest today is an incredibly busy, influential woman in the Nevada area. She is a real estate agent, outreach coordinator, recruiter, planning commissioner, and on top of that, she has held many other positions in the nonprofit world and in workforce development. Dian VanderWell has a huge wealth of knowledge to draw from and she shares her stories of transitions, challenges and success through failures.
She leaves us with her words of wisdom, especially for those who are struggling: \"I learned that I cannot do everything, and I can't be everything to everyone. So, I don't worry about the small stuff anymore. I don't let that consume. I just move on.\"
\"Don't have a disease to please, and understand that it's okay to fail. I think that as you grow, as you have children, as you have grandchildren, as you have gains and losses in your life, I think those learnings come with it.\"
