Here we meet Bruno Rubino, who is one of Geberit's many EXPATs over the years. After 20 years in Italy, he received an interesting offer to take charge of a plastics factory in India, a challenge he embraced. After a few years, he left India for a new role as Managing Director in Sweden, responsible for ceramic production and logistics in a high-tech production environment. Geberit encourages both mobility and development within the group, making the best use of skills and talents. As a MD of a manufacturing company, you have many different types of meetings and discussions every day.
