Daniel Faggella started his first brick and mortar business during his undergraduate years at URI, which was a martial arts gym in a town of 8,000 people.
\r\nHe was constantly thinking on how he could increase his revenue, given the limited number of people in the town and managed to get 80 members paying him $18K per month.
\r\nBut he realized early on that in order to grow his gym customer based he had to focus on conversion to grow his small business.
\r\nAfter he sold his business at age 25 he moved his attention to an e-commerce venture,TechEmergence LLC, and startup marketing with CLVboost.
\r\nHe's now built a very successful online business using his martial arts skills and email marketing strategies to apply the same strategies earns him $57,000 a month in recurring revenue by selling martial arts training videos.
\r\nHe's been so captivated by the power of psychology and persuasion and what makes people take action, that he founded Sentient Potential, dedicated entirely to the ethical implications of cognitive enhancement and the intersection of technology and psychology.
\r\nIn 2013, he authored his first book on emerging technology called,“Explorations into the Philosophy of Transhumanism: A Lens to the Future Through the Thinkers of the Past”, where he interviewed modern experts on thinkers like Aristotle, Emerson, and Epictetus and framed modern trans-human ethical concerns in light of ancient thought.
