Topic: Our birth rate in the United States is declining as it is in the rest of the world. Children are now about 21% of our population but they are 100% of our future. So, why do we spend so much in the aged population and so little in our young children? Today we’ll be talking about the case for investing in our children, what evidence there is and what we can do to assure that all children grow up to be productive adults so that the future is bright for all of us.
