We need to&nbsp;make our voices heard collectively!</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We all know how important accurate product labeling is to keep us safe. As it stands, the only gluten-containing grain required to be labeled is wheat.</p><p><br></p><p>We are not protected in the same manner as Celiacs in 62 countries around the world, which expressly require that Gluten be labeled on all packaged foods.</p><p><br></p><p>The gluten free diet is our only treatment and we need all gluten-containing grains labeled!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The FDA has now&nbsp;- unfairly and arbitrary - closed the door on people with celiac petitioning them to get more protective regulation for our labeling.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The FDA is required to read all comments.
