Go Green! Michigan State University is joining a small, but growing, group of universities offering a dedicated, allergen free dining hall. Opening in fall 2019, “Thrive” will be free of 9 major allergens - including sesame.
This dining hall will be certified by Kitchens with Confidence, a third-party accreditor that will regularly examine protocols and policies to verify this location as being free of the allergens listed. You can read more about this exciting new addition at Michigan State here.
