Mark your calendars, there are two great events quickly approaching! The first is the Annual Celiac Education Day put on by the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Center for Celiac Disease on March 31st. This family event is free but registration is limited to the child with celiac disease and a caregiver. The second exciting event is Gluten Free New England's 3rd Annual GF Expo in Wallingford, CT on April 28th. The Expo has 70 vendors, 4 food trucks, food demos, seminars, and free samples.
