Some viewers asked me if INFJs are sociophobic, meaning whether we are deathly afraid of social situations, to the point of avoiding them completely. And I thought about it, and I don’t think that’s actually the case. We don’t like being social, true. But that’s not because we are afraid of the social part of it, we are actually afraid of the exhaustion and energy-tampering part of it.
