I found myself in a dark place, at 21 with very little hope. But through seeking help, and through a journey of dealing with the emotions I suppressed I managed to change how I was feeling.</p><p><br></p><p>Fast forward over 10 years, and I now share my story and talk openly about mental health full time... whenever I can.
